Like another reviewer, I dropped my dust buster and the bowel broke off with the slot that holds it in pace torn off. Ducked tape held it on until the new bowl arrived. It was quick be processes, shipped, and delivered. Then I realized I also needed a new nozzle. But, alas, this company did not have any and I had to use a different vendor for the nozzle. Puzzling.
