The product is a genuine OEM part. From start to finish the process of ordering was simple and timely. Customer service is outstanding! The part had a very minor blemish- maybe due to shipping. The company was willing to pay a full refund along with a prepaid return label. Cannot ask for more. That being said the part from a woodworking standpoint would not cause an issue.
