Orders

How do I track my order?

After placing the order, you should have been sent an order confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact customerservice@powertoolreplacementparts.com.

How to cancel an order?

Please contact customerservice@powertoolreplacementparts.com if you would like to cancel your order. There is no guarantee we will be able to cancel the order, however, you will be able to return the order upon arrival.

Can I place an order over the phone or in person?

Unfortunately, there is no way to place an order over the phone or at our warehouse. All orders must be placed online through our website.


 

Returns

How do I make a return?

Please refer to our returns page or click the button below to be directed to our Happy Returns page. From there, you will be able to receive a free, prepaid return label.


Is there an exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a separate order for the correct item. However, if you feel you were sent the wrong item, please contact customerservice@powertoolreplacementparts.com for further assistance.

Do you offer price matching?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any price matching. You will be charged the price paid when the order is placed.


 

Shipping

What is the criteria for free shipping?

All orders placed on our website are available for free domestic shipping with a United States address.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed through our website will ship within 1-2 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Is faster shipping available?

Some items do qualify for expedited shipping for an increased shipping fee. Please refer to your checkout cart for more options.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping from our website. However, you may be able to find the same product on our Amazon store.


 

Parts & Inventory

When are items usually restocked?

If the part you see is not available, please click the “notify me” button and enter your email address. You will be notified when the part becomes available again.

What does notify me mean?

If the part is currently backordered, a “notify me” button will replace the “add to cart” button and the part will be unavailable for purchase. Please enter your email address after clicking the button, and you will be notified when the part is available again.

What about backordered items?

Unfortunately, back ordered items often do not have expected dates for re-arrival. Please contact customerservice@powertoolsuperstore.com for more information.
